Controller

The controller of the arminiusai.sk, arminiusai.cz, arminiusai.com and arminiusai.eu websites and of the AI consultant on them is Arminius IT s.r.o., registered office Pestovateľská 2, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO) 45 429 693, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, section Sro, file no. 64092/B. What we process and why

On each visit, technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) is recorded for the security, abuse prevention and operation of the website and the AI consultant (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for at most 30 days.

If you give consent, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for visitor statistics: which pages are visited, where visitors came from, device and browser type and approximate location (country, city). We also record that you started a conversation with the AI consultant and that you requested a quote — without the content of the conversation and without contact details. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Data in Google Analytics is kept for 2 months. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

The AI consultant (chat) processes the text you type and the data you voluntarily provide in the conversation (name, company, e-mail, phone, description of your needs) for the purpose of preparing a non-binding offer and contacting you by a sales representative (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The conversation and the quote are kept for at most 12 months if no business relationship arises.

The content of the conversation is not processed by any external AI provider and is not transferred to third countries (other than the transmission described under Recipients).

Cookies

The "lang" cookie remembers the language you selected (valid for 1 year); it is technically necessary and requires no consent. Your choice in the consent bar is remembered by your browser for 12 months. Only with your consent does Google Analytics set the cookies "_ga" and "_ga_PQ0H92Q7F8" (valid for 2 years), which distinguish visitors. We use no advertising cookies. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted.

Recipients

The website and the AI consultant are delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which, as a processor, processes the IP address and the transmitted data, including the text of the conversation, during transmission. The transfer to the USA is based on a data processing agreement and certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Personal data is processed only by authorised employees of Arminius IT s.r.o. If you consent to analytics, Google Ireland Limited processes the data as a processor; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Your rights

Providing personal data in the conversation is voluntary; without contact details we cannot send you a quote. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send your request to the contact above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Slovak Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
